The author doesn´t mention the only means for getting out of misery and ending poverty: to teach those people that freedom and capitalism are the solution that will allow them to produce and thrive. But then, the US and Europe must first relearn all about that. The way we are headed, I don´t see the end of poverty, but the return to global poverty like in the Middle Ages.
